Overactive Bladder
Genova Clinical Research, Inc. is conducting a research study of an approved medication compared to placebo (an inactive substance) for the treatment of overactive bladder. There will be approximately 5 office visits over a 4 month period. Qualified participants will receive study medications or placebo, study related physicals, and lab work at no charge. Compensation may be available to qualified participants for each completed visit for time and travel expenses.
If you are interested in this study, you should:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have symptoms of overactive bladder with urgency and frequency and episodes of night-time urgency for at least 3 months
- Not have any history of gynecologic, bladder, or prostate cancer

Female Sexual Dysfunction
Genova Clinical Research is conducting a research study of an investigational, non-hormone medication compared to a placebo (an inactive substance) for women who are naturally menopausal and are bothered by a decline in their sexual desire.
Qualified participants will receive study medications, study related physicals, and lab work at no charge. Compensation may be available to qualified participants for each completed visit for time and travel expenses.
Qualified participants should:
- Be naturally menopausal (no periods for at least 12 months) with at least one ovary (partial hysterectomy is ok)
- Have been in a stable sexual relationship with only one man for the last year
- Have no history of cancer in the last 10 years (successfully treated basal cell skin cancer is ok).

Migraine
Genova Clinical Research, Inc. is conducting a clinical research study of an investigational drug vs placebo (an inactive substance) for menstrual related migraines in women. This study lasts up to 6 months and has about 7 study visits. Qualified participants will receive study drug, study related physicals and lab work at no charge. Qualified subjects may be reimbursed for costs associated with study visits, such as travel expenses, for each completed visit.
Participants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have regular monthly menstrual cycles
- Have a history of menstrual related migraines
- Not have a history of cancer in the past five years (successfully treated basal or squamous cell cancer of the skin or in situ cancer of the cervix is ok)
