Genova Clinical Research is conducting a research study to evaluate the safety and tolerability of an investigational medication vs. a placebo for subjects with type 2 diabetes treated with metformin.
There are 10 visits over approximately 10 weeks. Qualified participants will receive study medications, study related physicals, and lab work at no charge. Compensation may be available to qualified participants for each completed visit for time and travel expenses.

Genova Clinical Research, Inc. is conducting a clinical research study of an investigational drug vs. a comparator drug for individuals with diabetes with an established cardiovascular disease, or with diabetes and at risk of cardiovascular disease.
This is a clinical research study evaluating the long term cardiovascular outcome of subjects with Type 2 Diabetes who are at risk for cardiovascular disease using an investigational medication and an approved medication. There are up to 32 visits over approximately 400 weeks. Qualified participants will receive study drug, study related physicals and lab work at no charge. Qualified subjects may be reimbursed for costs associated with study visits, such as travel expenses, for each completed visit.
