Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation
Genova Clinical Research is looking for subjects to participate in a clinical research study of an investigational drug vs. placebo (an inactive substance) for people with constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Interested participants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have symptoms of IBS with constipation for at least 4 months
- Not have been diagnosed or treated for cancer in the last 5 years (treated basal or squamous cell skin cancer is ok)
- Have fewer than 3 BM's/week associated with abdominal pain
Qualified participants will receive study-related physical exams, lab work, and study medications at no cost. Compensation is available to qualified participants for each completed visit for time and travel.
